MAZDA V.8.00 stopped working with MAZDA 3 2007

     Hi Support,

    We have a customer with DS708 with Mazda v8.00 software which before has been working OK with his Mazda 3 1.6T 2007.
    Now when the DS708 tool is trying to perform a scan it eventually reports communication failure. No modules can be accessed.

    Cables and connectors has been checked OK.

    Any ideas what may have caused this?

     Check all connections, re-install the software. If the car works OK with old version, it surely should work with new software.
